Tiffany Nicole Huff, 30, 213 S. Morgan St. Apt. 1, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first-degree persistent felony offender, $1,000 bond. Joshua Ryan London, 27, 1500 High St. Apt. 1, receiving stolen property over $300, reckless driving, failure to produce insurance card, transfer bond. Linda Ann Bryant, 42, 225 Carpenter Court, theft by unlawful taking of property valued over $300, transfer bond. Nina B. White, 45, 117A W. 14th Ave., second-degree forgery, $1,000 bond.
