Age 33, formally of Campbellsville, passed away September 9, 2008 at Sun Bridge Care and Rehab in Fayetteville, Tn. after a long illness

He is survived by 1 sister Vickie Colvin of Vine Grove, Ky. 5 nieces Haley, Amanda and Stormy Colvin, Heather Cornett and Missy Wright. 4 nephews Austin Colvin, Patrick Herman, Lucas Cornett and Benjamin Wright. Special Friend Becky Gabehart, along with a host of friends

He is preceded in death by his parents Dinky and Wanda Garrett, Sister Rhonda Herman and Nephew Michael Wright.
