John Ford of Louisville, formerly of Campbellsville, son of the late Dewey Ford and Lottie Mae Callahan Ford, was born February 15, 1940, in Adair County, Kentucky. He died at 9:14 P.M., Tuesday, October 9, 2008 in Louisville. Age: 68
He had been owner and operator of a sewage treatment plant.
He united in marriage to Wanda Lou Bottoms August 27, 1960.
Besides his wife, Wanda Ford of Louisville, he is survived by two sons:
Tim Ford and wife, Sheila of Bardstown and Terry Ford of Cox’s Creek; two grandchildren: Shawn Ford of Mt. Washington and Kristan Spurling of Bardstown; two brothers and two sisters: Conrad Ford and wife, Alma, Ana Gillock and husband, Dean, Wanda “Cricket” Pike of Campbellsville and Lynn Ford of Greensburg; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by two brothers: Bobby Joe Ford and Mac Ford.
