Hiestand Johnson of Campbellsville, son of the late Thomas Hendricks Johnson and Edmonia Cessna Howard Purcell Johnson, was born

February 14, 1926, in Taylor County, Kentucky.  He died at 7:55 A.M., Monday, January 18, 2010 in Campbellsville.   Age: 83

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Mt. Roberts Baptist Church.

He was a former used car salesman, farmer, owner and operator of a bus route and was retired from Lake Cumberland Community Services Organization.

He united in marriage to Barbara Jean Wayne May 6, 1948.  She preceded him in death November 3, 2002.

He is survived by two sons:  Wayne Johnson and Gary Johnson and wife, Judy; two grandchildren:  Jeremy Johnson and Josh Johnson and wife, Chasity; two great-grandchildren:  Ashton Johnson and Jacob Johnson; two step-great-grandchildren: Shelby Martin and Tanner Martin; one sister and one brother: Stella Morrison and Richard Johnson; all of Campbellsville;    and many other relatives and friends.

VISITATION:   After 5:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 20th, at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home
