Eloise Harden

Eloise Harden was born November 12, 1918 in Taylor County’s Elk Horn community and died March 8, 2010 at Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville.  She was retired from Floy’s Specialty Shop, formerly on Main Street in Campbellsville, where she worked for many years.

 

Ms. Harden was preceded in death by her parents, Willis and Carrie Hogan Harden; her brothers, Lindsey and Walter “Mutt” Harden; a sister, Virginia, who died in childhood and her nephew, Bobby Harden.

 

She is survived by her nieces, Judy Harden of Louisville and Jan Mitchell of Hendersonville, Tennessee and a nephew, Craig Harden of Louisville;  She is also survived by two great-nieces, Robin Williams of London, Kentucky and Kathryn Mitchell of Hendersonville, Tennessee; two great-nephews, Bob Harden of Franklin, Tennessee and Alexander Mitchell of Huntington Beach, California, as well as many beloved friends. 

 

Her funeral will be held at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville on Thursday, March 11, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. by Dr. Skip Alexander.  Visitation is Wednesday evening, March 10, from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M.
